<p>Adding a dependency is non-trivial and will require fairly convincing arguments.</p><p>Further, <b>ALL</b> dependencies for ethers, <b>must</b> be MIT licensed or public domain (CC0).</p><p>All contributions to ethers are then included under the MIT license.</p>
