* core: add debug log for CheckDataAvailableInBatch
* narrow the semantics of func resetItems
* freezer: refactor ResetTable & ResetItems;
* fix: fix some lint issues;
* only newSnapshot for genesis block
* freezer: opt reset blob table logic;

* core/types: fix EmptyBody
